Welcome
I’m really glad you’re here. Turning inward takes courage and it can open the door to real change. This is a space to explore your inner world.
About Me

Sarah Shannon, LMFT, PMH-C
Therapy with me is centered around collaboration. I see it as a space where we can explore what’s going on in your inner world and in your life without judgment. I believe you already carry valuable wisdom about your own life and what you need. I’m here to help you process and move toward what feels meaningful for you. If you’re someone who tends to think deeply about your experiences and values self-reflection, you’ll likely feel at home here. My style tends to resonate most with people who find meaning in metaphor, symbolic language, and deeper self-exploration. My focus area is working with women and with premarital couples. Whether you're navigating a life transition, seeking more clarity in your relationships, moving through the depths of grief, or simply wanting to understand yourself better, my goal is to offer a safe, supportive space to do that work. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee. I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and I've spent the past ten years walking alongside clients in a variety of settings. Most importantly, I’m a person just like you. I’ve known love, loss, and the complexity of being human. This work continues to be something I deeply value and feel honored to do.
